About the event

SBA Associate Administrators Bibi Hidalgo and Mark Madrid are joined by David Litt, former speechwriter to President Obama, in this fireside chat to discuss major initiatives from the past year that invest directly in small and disadvantaged businesses across the U.S. In this wide-ranging conversation, they talk about their own experiences as entrepreneurs and small business advocates, which have guided their work at SBA.

Watch along to hear how the Office of Entrepreneurial Development’s Community Navigators program and the Office of Government Contracting & Business Development’s socioeconomic certification programs are meeting small businesses where they are to promote growth, job creation, and wealth generation - especially in the country’s most underserved communities.

This webinar is a part of the National Small Business Week Virtual Summit, hosted by the U.S. Small Business Administration and SCORE.
